Soft Targets and Crowded Places (ST-CP) carefully analyzes all mass shooting incidents with a focus on those that will produce the greatest amount of help for society, the systems, and the venues to learn. In other words, we’re forever trying to help society, the systems, and the venues to learn from what has happened in the past in the hope that they can and will safeguard themselves.
