Soft Targets and Crowded Places (ST-CP) – Mass Shooting Prevention and Research Library (MSPRL) fully promotes complete accessibility for all our available materials. However, unlike traditional lending libraries, we don’t have to worry about materials being returned, which ensures they are available for other community members, meaning we shouldn’t need restrictions to accomplish that. That being said, most materials we have available are proprietary and/or sensitive in nature so we’re duty bound to identify those who access them. Therefore, in compliance with applicable government library standards, a paid library card, using a credit or debit card, is necessary. A library card is $10.00 monthly and provides unlimited access to all patron only website content. Patronship can be canceled anytime. Obviously, materials you checkout (clickout) from Soft Targets and Crowded Places (ST-CP) – Mass Shooting Prevention and Research Library (MSPRL) never need to be returned, you’ll never incur late fees, and there are never any borrowing privilege consequences for unreturned materials.
