The debate rages. What is and isn’t a mass shooting. Well, this isn’t:


Nothing but a bunch of criminal hoodlums trying to take out each other.

Generally, mass shootings require gun violence in public places involving innocent bystanders.

Apply those three two-word terms and it’s highly likely it’s a mass shooting.

Anything less isn’t.
